To pay with a prepaid card, select this payment method in VIP Membership section.
For the name of the holder you must write exactly what is it written in the bottom of the card and not your name.
You then enter the numbers without spaces, including for the expiration date.

To find your password, click on : "Forgot you password".
Complete what is requested and you will receive the informations on your email. It can be in your junk mail.

To stop receiving notifications in your email or on Jalf, click on : "Notifications".
You will see all your message options.

To unsubscribe you, click on : "Delete your jalf profile".

To change your username, click on : "Change your username".
You enter the new desired name and check the availability, if it is available you click on the green hook to confirm the change.

To modify your profile, click on : "My profile".
Make the desired changes and click "Save changes" at the top or bottom of the page.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your membership you must go to "VIP membership" section, you will find a link at the top of the page where it says "click here" and then on the next page click once more on "Click here" at the right of "Stop" to cancel.
